PM 2 easy miles to loosen up a little bit.

6 easy miles on the jordan river trail with xc team PM - time trials 1.5 mile warm up. we did the state course but cut it off at the end so it was about 2.5 miles long.  after i did a short .5 mile cool down.

hills at cottonwood complex, my legs felt very tired the whole time.

did a bike/run at jeremy ranch in teams of two.  I was supposed to be with emma but she couldnt come so i was with susannah.  We would run one mile then bike one mile for 5 miles out then the 5 back.  Susannah and I were the first place team followed closely by Stefan and Jeromy.  This is a fun workout and we should do it again next year.

cool down around the park again.

i felt like i should have been pushing a little bit more, especially on the first 3.

shore line trail run with xc team.  i felt really tired and my legs were heavy today.

 

PM - 8 miles.  sorry about missing the speed workout, i forgot it was tuesday already.

hike to desolation lake with xc team.  It was 6 miles to the lake then 4 back to the lower parking lot.  we had lunch at the lake.

 

PM - light 3 miles, didnt have much time so i only got in 3 miles.

liberty park with xc team.  1 lap warm up followed by two laps of fireman.  My group hit 20:50 even though 2 dropped out and most of the last lap we only had 4 people doing it.  we did 1 lap cool down.  Our pace felt really easy.

 

PM 5 easy miles to legaccy bridge and back, im still slight sore from the hike on wednesday.

PM - 4 miles easy in my neighborhood, felt good this week.

wheeler farm meet.  I felt terrible this meet, my legs were heavy and just wouldn't seem to respond.  i got 19:11 but i was hoping to do much better than that.  After the race we did 10 hills.

PM - ran up to sunnyside and did a 2 mile warm up followed by a two mile tempo run and two mile cooldown.  i got 14:21 on the tempo, slower than i wanted but for some reason ive been feeling slow and physically exhausted since the beginning of the week.
