speed workout with wasatch athletics.  Started with a lap around the park and then a mile of speed changes.  we did one 800, two 400's, and three 200's.  Cool down was another lap on the outside.  I felt pretty good during the speed, but i dont remember my times.

ran from my house through the U of U and up to the fountain by shriners.  It was a good run, but i was a little bit stiff from the speed last night.

i felt really sluggish during the first two miles of the race, my legs were feeling like the just couldnt turn over as fast as i wanted them too.  I wanted to hit a faster time, but i guess bad days can happen.  Also the skyline cross country team came to this race, they had 5 people under 17:00.

i had a pretty good race today, it was my first 10k so i wasn't sure what kind of time i would be getting.  2 miles warm up and 4 miles cool down.  I think my chip time is off by 15 or 20 seconds though because my clock time was around 4:17 and i didnt start right on the line in the beginning.

PM - easy 4 miles around my neighborhood.
