| i felt really sluggish during the first two miles of the race, my legs were feeling like the just couldnt turn over as fast as i wanted them too. I wanted to hit a faster time, but i guess bad days can happen. Also the skyline cross country team came to this race, they had 5 people under 17:00. | Add Comment |

| i had a pretty good race today, it was my first 10k so i wasn't sure what kind of time i would be getting. 2 miles warm up and 4 miles cool down. I think my chip time is off by 15 or 20 seconds though because my clock time was around 4:17 and i didnt start right on the line in the beginning. | Add Comment |
